Red-Ribbon Club
The Red-Ribbon club endeavors to spread awareness among masses regarding HIV-AIDS. To fulfill its objectives, Red-Ribbon club of the college has organized slogan writing, Quiz and poster making competitions throughout the year under able guidance from Asst. Prof. Parmod. Amid the celebrations of World AIDS Day i.e. 1st of Dec., a short film on AIDS awareness developed by NACO was screened in the college premises.
Eco Club
Eco Club is fully functional and actively taking part in the environment related awareness drives and activities related to cleaning and plantation. During the session 2018-19 Eco club celebrated the 'Science Day' with the theme 'Science for the People and the People for Science'. A lecture was delivered in front of Science students by the Eco club incharge Dr. Sushil Sharma on the various aspects of role of science for the welfare of human being and contribution of science students for the progress of Science. Another event was organized on the eve of 'World Water Day' which is celebrated on March 22 every year. An informative lecture was delivered by the student member of Eco-Club in front of huge gathering of college student and staff member on the theme of 'No One Left Behind'. The gathering was made aware about the present issues and futuristic problems that will arise due to mismanagement of water resources. The audience was also briefed about and the need of safe drinking water for all to combat water borne diseases.
The club also organised "Youth Empowerment Seminar(YES)" under the aegis of spiritual organisation THE ART OF LIVING for the enlightenment of Students through meditation and Yoga.
